Smart home devices have been set up and linked directly to Airbnb in order to keep tabs on noise decibel levels, with a specific focus on identifying and reacting to alarm triggers. It's crucial to emphasize that this device doesn't retain or store any audio or video recordings. Its main purpose is to gauge the surrounding sound levels and offer immediate alerts if it detects unusually loud noise that could indicate potential alarms or disturbances.
The fine for violating Quiet Hour rules is $500 for each occurrence when noise disturbance is identified.

When using a hot tub, it's important to follow safety rules to prevent accidents and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
User Guidelines for Hot Tub Use:
*Important Notice:* In case of accidents or damage, renters (you) bear legal responsibility.
1. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use.
2. The maximum capacity is 6 people.
3. Exercise caution with water levels; avoid overfilling with more than 6 people, as it may lead to water spray from the jets. If this happens, promptly turn off the hot tub power using the labeled switch on the house side, marked "Hot Tub."
4. Utilize the garden hose on the house's side to maintain the water level.
5. Before leaving, confirm the temperature is set to 95°F, the water level covers the highest water jet, and securely close the cover.
Here are some safety rules for hot tub use:
Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions: Familiarize yourself with the specific guidelines and safety precautions provided by the hot tub manufacturer.
Keep the temperature at a safe level: Avoid excessively high temperatures, as they can lead to overheating or heat exhaustion. The recommended temperature range for hot tubs is typically between 100°F (38°C) and 104°F (40°C).
Limit your soak time: Extended periods in hot water can cause dehydration, dizziness, or fainting. It's advisable to limit your soak time to 15-30 minutes and take breaks to cool down.
Don't use the hot tub alone: Always use the hot tub with a buddy or have someone nearby to help in case of emergencies.
Check the water temperature before entering: Dip your hand or foot into the water first to check the temperature before getting in. Make sure it's comfortable and not too hot.
Never leave children unattended: Children should never be left unsupervised near a hot tub, even for a short time. They can easily slip or drown, so constant adult supervision is crucial.
Keep electrical devices away: Avoid using electrical devices like phones, radios, or hairdryers near the hot tub. Water and electricity can be a dangerous combination.
Don't consume alcohol excessively: Alcohol consumption can impair judgment and coordination, increasing the risk of accidents. It's best to avoid excessive drinking while using a hot tub.
Don't submerge your head underwater: Avoid submerging your head completely underwater to prevent the risk of drowning or getting water in your ears, nose, or mouth.
Secure the hot tub area: Make sure the hot tub area is properly fenced or secured to prevent unsupervised access, especially by children or pets.
Maintain proper water hygiene: Follow the recommended guidelines for maintaining water hygiene, including regular cleaning, disinfection, and pH balance checks. Dirty or contaminated water can lead to infections.
Shower before and after using the hot tub: Showering before entering the hot tub helps remove oils, lotions, and dirt from your body, keeping the water cleaner. Showering afterward helps rinse off any residual chemicals.
HOT TUB COVER SAFETY
Please remember to securely close the hot tub cover before you leave.
There is a risk of children potentially falling into it, and you would be legally responsible for any accidents or damage.
In case of emergency or need shut down the power. The main electronic panel is in right side in the first floor bedroom, behind the painting
